taxi arrangement nespresso machine a la carte breakfast
The staff arranged a taxi quickly when our uber didn't arrive. the suite had a nespresso machine, iron, and ironing board! the infinity pool on the terrace was available for all guests. It was amazing. i found the breakfast a la carte service great. They brought it to the room upon request.
I think taxis were never on time after i booked them. I had to wait longer.

Okay experience, some issues
breakfast buffet spacious room
The breakfast buffet offered a LOT of variety. The staff were REALLY helpful and always quick to assist. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. It was definitely a plus.
The location was farther from Oia than I expected.

Lovely stay near Oia
clean room greek style quick response breakfast options
The breakfast included many options and changed items daily. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was large and designed in a Greek style. Staff responded quickly to my requests before arrival, which I found thoughtful.
The walk to Oia felt slightly longer than advertised but this was not a big issue.

The staff booked transportation. They offered local recommendations. They were friendly. I felt welcome. I also appreciated being able to stay by the pool after checking out while waiting for my late ferry.

The room was super spacious with a comfortable bed. the pool view was out of this world. location is excellent. It's about a twenty minute walk to oia. the santorini cave aesthetic with a modern design in our room was brand new.
the hotel is a fifteen minute walk to oia, not five as initially expected.
